Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of punches, kicks and boxing moves that will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision. Our Cardio Kickboxing routines are characterized by their high intensity intervals coupled with toning recovery periods of resistance training that burns up to 800-1000 calories.

Our one hour classes are fun, set to upbeat music and our energetic instructors keep you from being bored by challenging your mind and your body. Be ready to push yourself!


Recommended Cardio Kickboxing Gear

  • Wear light-weight, cross-training shoes
  • Loose workout shorts or pants with a t-shirt or tank top
  • Bring a water bottle or favorite sport drink
  • Gym towel
  • Training boxing gloves or wrist-wrap gloves​

Loaner Gloves Available

​Don't have boxing gloves? No worries, we have loaner gloves for your trial classes.​ We carry washable Century Punching Gloves in small, medium, large and ex-large sizes.

KIDS UNIFORMS

Proper uniform for white belt through black belt students consists of a white traditional TKD uniform plus a belt. With all belt levels, you may wear a black t-shirt with your uniform pants and belt. The full uniform is always worn during belt testing. 

New students receive one free uniform with white belt with monthly membership. We also sell full uniforms at a reasonable price.

Circuit Saturdays

Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination.

Our one-hour circuit class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at the same exercise and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next exercise. We alternate an aerobic activity with a muscle-strengthening activity.

Tony's Lil Tigers - Kids Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a systematic and scientific martial art form originating in Korea. Taekwondo means "the art of kicking and punching". It beautifully blends combat, entertainment, exercise, philosophy, sport, self-defense, and technique.

Taught by Instructor Tony Flores who holds a 1st degree Black belt in JuKiDo (PKI Karate), Brown Belt in Joe Lewis Fighting Systems (Kicks-n-Punches Academy) and a Blue Belt in Ed Parker's American Kenpo Karate (Curtis Abernathy’s American Kenpo Karate)​.

Tony has a unique curriculum that guides each student on a path to genuinely earn their black belts. Tony's goal is to ensure all our students reach their individual maximum potential. 

Our program is designed for ages 6 to 13. We have Kids Taekwondo classes available 4 days a week. We offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes. This allows us to maximize our time and really tailor our curriculum to each individual’s needs. The TKD classes are safe, fun and can shape your kids positively for the rest of their lives.

At A&A Martial Arts & Fitness we know Taekwondo can positively impact kids. We take seriously our opportunity to teach not only Taekwondo, but life skills as well.
